Companies

In the context of B2B enterprises, it is imperative to maintain a network of contacts within affiliated companies. Companies can possess either a single or multiple contacts.

The company information section comprises the following key details:

a) Company name

b) Company email

c) Company website

d) Score

e) Contacts

f) ID.

Create a new company

Step1-Click on companies:

Step2 -Click on new:

Step3- Fill the information in the core section.

Fill the information in the professional section

Step 4- Click on Save & Close:

New company is created.

Edit companies

To modify company information within the system, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the company names in the dropdown menu.
2. Select the 'Edit' option from the dropdown.
3. This action will open the Company Edit Details page.
4. Make the desired changes and save by clicking 'Save and Close'."

Clone companies

To clone a company, please follow these steps:

1. Access the dropdown menu adjacent to the company name.
2. Choose the 'Clone' option from the menu.
3. This action will initiate the company cloning process.

Delete companies

You can delete companies in one of three ways:

1. Deleting All/ multiple Companies:

a. Select the top checkbox to choose all companies in the list or select the companies you want to delete by clicking on the checkbox next to it.

b. Access the dropdown menu and choose 'Delete' to remove all selected companies.

2. Deleting Individual Companies:

a. Select the checkboxes associated with the specific companies you wish to delete.

b. Access the dropdown menu and choose 'Delete' to remove the selected company or companies.

Filter

To filter data, utilize the filter section by entering either the name or alias of the specific company. After inputting your query, pressing "Enter" will display the data associated with that name or alias.

In this search scenario, companies are filtered based on their state of operation.
