Dashboard

The first half of the dashboard displays the number of leads assigned to the logged in user vs the stage the leads are in, in a pie chart representation. The second half will display the meetings summary in a bar chart format for the logged in user(Scheduled, completed and cancelled meetings). The user will be able to navigate to the Leads, actions and opportunity module from the links provided for the same in the footer.

Filters

You can filter through the leads by applying various filters available under the filters. Click -> next to Filters to access the filter pop-up. The filters pop-up appears

Filter by stage:

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to All stages.
  2. The stages dropdown appears
  3. Choose the stage you want to filter by clicking on it.
  4. Click on Apply in the main filter pop-up to filter.

Note: The stages are not pre-defined. They are custom stages created in the webapp to suit your business needs. The stages have to be categorized as Sales category to appear in the SalesApp.

Filter by Points condition:

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to the All-Point condition.
  2. The points conditions are displayed.
  3. Select the required condition.
  4. Enter the value for the condition in the value text box.
  5. Click on Apply in the main filter pop-up to filter.

Filter by Members:

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to All members.
  2. The member’s list is displayed.
  3. Choose the member you want to filter by clicking on it. (The leads belonging to this member will be filtered and displayed)
  4. Click on Apply in the main filter pop-up to filter.

Filter by Lead sources:

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to All Lead Sources.
  2. The lead source list is displayed.
  3. Choose the lead source you want to filter by clicking on it.
  4. Click on Apply in the main filter pop-up to filter.

Filter by Region:

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to All Regions.
  2. The regions list is displayed.
  3. Choose the region you want to filter by clicking on it or type it in the search text box.
  4. Click on Apply in the main filter pop-up to filter.

Filter by city:

  1. Enter the city you want to filter by in the city text field.
  2. Click on Apply to filter.

When a certain filter is applied or used in the dashboard and the user navigates to the leads section from the footer in dashboard, the same filter will apply in leads modules. The leads that are displayed will be the leads filtered as per the filter criteria.
