Campaigns
There are different types of Campaigns that you could set up based on your organization’s campaign strategy.
The Campaigns page showcases essential information including the name, category, and identifier (ID) of each campaign and if a campaign is published or not.
Steps for new campaign:
Step1- Click on campaign
Step 2 - Click on new tab
Step 3 - Name Your Campaign
Fill in the required fields to name your campaign
Step 4 - Click on Launch Campaign Builder
Step 5 - Choose a contact source from a drop down. Contact source is always contact segment.
Step 6 - Select the target segment for this campaign.
Step 7 - Click on add:
Step 8 - Click on the south-facing semi-circle to add - decision, action, or a condition:
Step 8A - Add a Decision:
i. Click ‘Select’
ii. Choose one of the ‘decisions’ from the drop down list
If you choose ‘Downloads asset’ as the decision:
Add a name:
Click on add:
Step 8B - Add a Action:
Consider the scenario where the selection pertains to the option ‘send email’.
Add a name and click on add:
Step 8C - Add a Condition:
Consider the scenario where the selection pertains to the option ‘has valid email address’.
Add a name and click on add:
Step9- Click on apply:
Step10- Click on close builder
Step11- Click on save and close:
Edit campaigns
To edit a campaign, follow these steps:
1.Navigate to the "Campaigns" section.
2.Identify the specific campaign requiring modification and mark the corresponding checkbox.
3.Access the ‘Edit’ option by selecting the appropriate choice from the drop-down menu.
4.This action will initiate the "Edit Campaign" section, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments.
(Make sure not to edit a published campaign. The campaign actions will be incorrect if edited while it is published)
Delete campaigns
To remove campaigns, follow these steps:
1.Navigate to the "Campaigns" section.
2.Identify and mark the campaign for deletion by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
3.Access the drop-down menu and choose the "Delete" option.
This process ensures the efficient removal of selected campaign from the system. It is best to unpublish a campaign and then delete it.
Clone campaigns
To duplicate campaigns, follow these steps:
1.Access the "Campaigns" section.
2.Identify and mark the campaign intended for cloning by selecting the respective checkbox.
3.Utilize the drop-down menu to choose the "Clone" option.
The campaign will be cloned and available in an unpublished state.
Published and unpublished campaigns
Unpublished campaigns are campaigns that are currently in the developmental phase or have undergone publication and completed their designated duration. Recognition of unpublished campaigns is denoted by a red symbol.
Published campaigns are defined as those currently in active use. Identification of published campaigns is represented by a green symbol.
