What are marketing channels?
Digital marketing channels are various online platforms and methods used by businesses to promote their products or services, connect with their target audience, and drive conversions. These channels allow marketers to reach potential customers across the internet.
In Camp the following channels are available.
- Emails
- SMS
- Notification
Note: Only Email Channel is available without any further setup requirement. For SMS contact Customer Success Team.
Create a new email
Step1- Click on emails under the channels menu:
Step2-Click on new:
Step3- Fill the information:
- Subject
- Tags
- Internal name
- Category
- Is a translation of
- Published, etc.
Subject and internal name are mandatory fields
Step4- Click on builder:
Step5- Select Customize Slot and Customize Section and design your email based on your requirement:
Step6- Click on apply:
Step7- Click on "Save & Close"
Create an Email
Delete Emails
Emails can be deleted using three distinct methods:
- Delete the entire list of emails.
- Delete multiple emails.
- Delete individual email from the list.
Deleting entire list of emails– To delete the entire list of email, follow these steps:
- Click on the topmost checkbox to select all email in the list.
- Open the dropdown menu.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.
This action will delete the entire list of emails.
Delete multiple emails- To delete a selected set of email, adhere to the following steps:
- Mark the checkboxes associated with the email slated for deletion.
- Click on the dropdown arrow.
- From the dropdown options, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.
This process will remove the specifically chosen set of email.
Delete individual email- To delete individual email, execute the following steps:
- Select the checkbox corresponding to the email slated for deletion.
- Click on the main dropdown list.
- From the main dropdown options, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.
This action will delete the specifically selected individual email.
Clone email
To duplicate an email, please select the corresponding email, choose the "Clone" icon, proceed to the new page section, and fill in the required details as specified.
Published and unpublished emails
Unpublished emails, identifiable by a red symbol, pertain to messages in development or those that have completed their designated duration of use.
Published emails, denoted by a green symbol, are messages that are actively in use or ready for deployment.
Email states
- Sent: The total count of contacts to whom the emails have been sent.
- Read: The total count of contacts who have read the emails.
- % Read: The percentage of contacts who have read the emails.
Note: Discrepancies in details may occur if a contact no longer exists in your account or if a contact has sent or read emails multiple times, which may affect the accuracy of summary numbers.
