Assets

Assets are defined as the items you furnish to your contacts, usually upon form submission, and these assets are trackable, featuring individual point values, historical data, and tracking statistics

Within the context of this documentation, assets refer to various materials designed to enhance user understanding and engagement. These may include:

  1. White Paper: A comprehensive document providing detailed information regarding a specific product or service.
  2. Downloadable Demo Application: A digital product available for download, allowing users to experience a practical demonstration of the application's functionalities.
  3. Various Files of Interest: Any files, including but not limited to videos, mp3s, presentations, etc., that are deemed relevant and valuable to the user. These assets aim to cater to diverse preferences and information needs.

Create a new asset

Step1- Click on content:

Step 4 -Fill the following information and choose a file to upload:

Step 5 –Click on save and close:

Deleting assets

Assets can be deleted using three distinct methods:

  1. Delete the entire list of assets.
  2. Delete multiple selected assets from the list.
  3. Delete individual assets from the list.

1. Deleting entire list of assets – To delete the entire list of assets, follow these steps:

  • Click on the topmost checkbox to select all assets in the list.
  • Open the dropdown menu.
  • From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.

This action will delete the entire list of assets. This action cannot be reversed.

2. Delete multiple assets - To delete a selected set of assets, adhere to the following steps:

  • Mark the checkboxes associated with the assets slated for deletion.
  • Click on the dropdown arrow.
  • From the dropdown options, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.

This process will remove the specifically chosen set of assets.

3. Delete individual assets- To delete individual assets, execute the following steps:

  • Select the checkbox corresponding to the asset slated for deletion.
  • Click on the main dropdown.
  • From the main dropdown options, choose the 'Delete Selected' option.

This action will delete the specifically selected individual asset.

Edit assets

To modify assets information within the system, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the corresponding assets intended to Edit.
  2. Select the 'Edit' icon.
  3. This action will open the Assets Edit Details page.
  4. Make the desired changes and save by clicking 'Save and Close'."

At last click on "Save & Close".

Clone assets

To clone assets, adhere to the following steps:

  1. Select the corresponding assets intended for cloning.
  2. Click the clone icon.

This action will navigate to the new assets section, where the cloned assets will be located.

Archive assets

To archive assets, select the respective checkboxes and choose 'Archive' from the dropdown menu.

You can select the toggle button 'Archive/Unarchive' to view the archived assets.

Similarly, unarchive assets using the same method.

Preview assets

To preview assets, follow these steps:

  1. Select the desired assets you wish to preview.
  2. Click on the 'Preview' icon to preview asset.

This process enables the preview of the selected assets.
